Pass Guarantee — Refund Claim

If you completed the course, scored 80%+ on the final practice exam, and still failed the FAA Part 107 knowledge test, you are entitled to a full refund. Here is how to claim it.

Eligibility Requirements — all three must be met:
  1. You completed all 54 lessons in the course
  2. You scored 80% or higher on the final practice exam inside the course
  3. You took — and failed — the official FAA Part 107 knowledge test within 90 days of enrollment

How to Submit Your Claim

Email info@part107course.com with the subject line “Pass Guarantee Claim” and include:

  1. Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  2. A screenshot of your final practice exam score (showing 80%+) from inside the course dashboard
  3. Your FAA test score report (PDF or photo) — the FAA emails this to you after a failed attempt
Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your failed FAA exam. Exams must be taken within 90 days of your enrollment date.

We review all claims within 3 business days and issue refunds back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
