Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing any course on part107course.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use this course. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Desert Drones LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an Arizona-based company.

Course Access and License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own educational use. This license includes:

You may not share, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly display any course content. Each purchase is for a single user only.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. Founding member pricing is valid only for the number of seats and time period advertised. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect existing purchases.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund, no questions asked, from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email john@desertdronesllc.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

After 7 days, all sales are final. This policy applies to founding member pricing. Regular pricing terms may differ and will be disclosed at time of purchase.

Educational Purpose and Pass Guarantee

This course is provided for educational purposes and is designed to help you prepare for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Knowledge Test. Exam difficulty, individual preparation, and FAA testing standards are outside our control, and Desert Drones LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding exam outcomes. Your purchase is, however, protected by our Pass Guarantee: if you complete the course, score 80% or higher on the included practice exams, and do not pass the FAA exam, you are entitled to a full refund as described in the Refund Policy above.

This course does not replace official FAA materials, publications, or guidance. Students are responsible for verifying current FAA regulations and requirements independently.

Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, written materials, quizzes, practice exams, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Desert Drones LLC and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in termination of your access without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desert Drones LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered students by email.
